Tryig to activate the message diversion feature on digital and IP phones, the absence codes in the configuration file of the DBC425 phone, GETSC,KSTSC commands are the same.
activation of the message diversion using *23*absence code# is done successfully on the digital and the IP phones.

When calling from the Digital phone to one of the IP phones, where the message diversion is enabled on the IP phones, the Message diversion absence code (reason) appears on the digital phone display, and this is fine.

BUT when calling from the IP phone to one of the digital phones, where the message diversion is enabled on the digital phone,(for ex.*23*0#), the Message diversion absence code doesn't appear on the IP phone display. why?? the call goes directly to extension as by bass diversion, or may go to the divertee position if there is an assigned position.

So did any one ry before to make a call from and IP phone to a digital extension where this digital extension activated the message diversion and has seen the absense reason on teh IP phone display?? if yes what to do??
System release (BC12SP12 and BC13)

Remember that IP-ext is a generic ext. the same as DECT. Ask yourself how a dect phone is used. . . and then you understand that absence reason can not bee shown on display. . .
