Message display for Voice Mail 2

I had a messaging card go bad on a Merlin Magic and replaced the card but not the 4 port license card, everything works fine except the display phone do not display number of new and old messages. Is there something that I missed to have the display. I appreciate any help.

I'll bet your replacement card is an older release than the original. That feature is only available on (I think) Merlin Messaging 2.5 and higher.

Do you still have the OLD Messaging Module?

Can you look at the Label on the Hard Drive of the original unit?

That may tell you something.

Some people can repair those.
