We are having a problem with our voicemail system-we are not able to leave group voicemails any more. Normally we log in to our own mailbox and then hit 75, then the distribution list number, then 79, and the message goes right out. We can still log in and record the message, hit 79 to send and it says message sent, but the messages don't go anywhere. No one gets them and then we get them back in our own voicemail box as deleted. I have booked a service call with our provider, but I was wondering if there was anything I could try in the meantime. Our boss left a mass voice mail for the whole property on Thursday-news for all 255 guest rooms plus about 50 staff. We started having problems right after that.
