Message Delivery Mailbox setup

I'm trying to setup a mailbox to notify me everytime a msg is left.

I have programmed up a separate Line Group 3 with one channel in it.
I have programmed the mailbox with "Pager" MWI and Type as Message Delivery.

I have tried sending it to my cell phone as weel as my deskphone (to eliminate outside connectivity issues) and it doesn't work...i'm using the VIP Cos and double check option 110, my Dial plan is set for VVVVVVVVV, i have tried 33333333 asa well....

Any ideas at what i could be missing?
