I have a customer with an 2000 IPS and an AD-8 Voicemail. They have about 20 outside users that just call into the voicemail to retrieve their messages. Here is the problem, lets say that I call in and leave a message for one of them at 11:30AM, they call in at 1:00PM to check their messages and it will tell them that they have no new messages. However when they call back at 4:00PM or the next day my message will be there and the date/time stamp says 11:30AM.
This has been going on for a while and honestly I thought that this was an end-user issue. However, I am getting more and more people complaining of this problem. We are not using any type of external pager/cell phone notification.
The users in the office don't seem to have this issue, but I cannot be 100% certain about that.
Any insight would be appricieated.
