Can anyone help me with the following message that I am getting?

DCH2032 12 5

I have a PRI that is down, and I am trying to troubleshoot it. The "system messages guide" that I have skips this error message.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You had me thinking that I was dislexic (sp???)...But when I went back through my logs, I was able to find it;

% AUD000
%
% DCH2032 12 5
%

It occured when I tried to run, dis dch 12 in load 96. My D channel will not disable for some reason...I suspect the code might tell me why it won't disable, but I just can't find the information...

Thanks,
Mike

if i remember correctly i think you need to look tward the telco m1 interface, making sure of all protocal matches.
..the pipe in ? may need a physical look at the repeaters for any ami signaling....don't just give this to your telco as all of the testing that can be done, will be extremly hard to detect ask for a physical look./ and verifi that you are esf and so on. wbs

I THINK ANOTHER TIME MY DCHI CARD WENT BYBY WORTH CHECKN
IT WAS ON AN 11..

Got it back up...We ended up having to disable the TMDI since the DCH wouldn't disable. Then disabled the loop, and physically reseated the card. Seems really suspicious to me! That card may be the next to go...Thanks for the help. BTW, I'm still curious if anyone knows what the DCH2032 message is, so please post if you know.

Thanks again,
--Mike
