I´m looking for Avaya´s Message Care manuals (codes 585-215-093 and/or 585-215-100), and use of CentreVU CMS or Supervisor to make reports of incoming and outgoing mails.

Thanks for your cooperation, but my question was more oriented to obtain information about Message Care, and ways to design, with CentreVU Supervisor, custom reports with number of outgoing (or answered) mails.

In fact I´m already using and designing reports with CentreVU Supervisor Custom Reports, my specific question was about Message Care specific reports.
