We have CM 6.1 and 7942, 7941 and 7965 phones. Some of the phone message button do not work even though the Phone Button Template are assigned with the same. I am not sure where to look or how to fix them. Please help.

If these phones are set up as "novoicemail" in their voice mail profile you will get this. Change it to (none) or another appropriate value and you should get it to work.
