I have problem with our 7960 phone's message button. I setup call manager from the scrach and everything seems working fine. Only thing that do not functioning is when I press 'message' button on the phone, nothing happends. It used to go to voice message box so I can check the voice message. I'm currently dialing my extension to check the voice message. Other problem is when I'm trying to check missed call numbers, when I press button, 'Host Not Found' message comes and shows no list. If I press 1 then it shows missed call but sometimes phone reboots. What should I do to resolve this problem. Please let me know. Thanks.

For the host not found issue, you need to check the system parameters, and double check the dns/ip settings for the webpages, cisco usually recommends to change them to the IP address..

As for the message button, verify that you have the voicemail profile built correctly and applied to that phone..

Yep, pressing the "Messages" button will call whatever the "pilot" number is for the voicemail profile assigned to that phone. Make sure that the number is diallable - but this is likely since you say that you can manually dial the number. So it sounds like you haven't got a valid "Voice Mail Profile" assigned to the primary extension of the phone you are trying to access voicemail from.
