Hi there

Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions regarding online customer feedback techniques for a web design business. I would like to set up a page where clients can post suggestions and comments for the web designer to read and likewise the web designer can respond with posts of their own. I am thinking of using a BBS or Guestbook type script. Any recommendations of nice straight forward ones?

It is written in Perl and is very powerfull, and very nicely priced!

Thanks for your tip I have had a brief look and it seems pretty suitable so far. I am hoping to be able to integrate the discussion board into Flash hence the need for a relatively straightforward script.
