I suddenly find myself administrator of a totally unfamiliar Call Pilot/BCM setup, so this may not be the first time I post a question on here...
I have a user who has message blocking on his mailbox. Now, it's been enabled for a very long time - I suspect about 2 years, from when we were on a NVM system - and now he wants to switch it off again. How? If I go into mailbox admin on his phone, I can't access the message blocking feature (07, IIRC). And I don't see anywhere to switch this feature on or off in Call Pilot Manager or the BCM. Help?
We're using the following systems:
Call Pilot 41.02.01.22
BCM400 4.0.2.03
Element Manager 2.07.0
IP Phone 2004
