Hi, Is there a way to send a message(system down) to all mail boxes? and how do we do this? step by step please.

If the system is down, you are not going to be able to send a message...

To send message to all,WHICH IS VERY time consuming on the switch if you have a lot of users, you would have a broadcast mailbox set up and allow certain users to access that particular mailbox....

Thanks, I created a distrution list and send it to all which are in the list.
