MES 6.2 - Cannot SSH to Session Manager SIP Entity IP Address

Has anyone installed MES 6.2? I got an issue wherein after the install I wasn't able to make SSH connection. With MES 6.1 I didn't have any issue.

Is it still in Controlled Introduction? As when I login to Management IP using craft got challenged with a response.

Hi,
There is a big bug with session manager 6.2. If you install SP2, you have no more access than the customer login you have created when you have installed your session manager with restrictive access. You have to upgrade your Session Manager 6.2 with SP3 (download from avaya support website) to fix the issue. You have to call Avaya to get the challenge response which allow you to install the SP3. If you have no access to Avaya support team, you will have to do a new full install.
