MerMail to CP - User Acceptance and Opinion on Training

Seeking opinions of the need to for end user training in a MerMail to CP upgrade.

There will be NO Outlook/Voice Message integration because of SEC/Archiving issues.

We typically don't do any end user training for MM to CP migrations. No real need, as nothing changes from a user perspective.

If you want to get really crafty, you can change CP to say "Meridian Mail" when you dial the CDN. Did that for a couple customers who didn't want their users to know anything changed.
