MerMail - Outgoing Only Messaging

Hello,

I am trying to set up and "outgoing only" message in Meridian Mail for a user. I have their VM answering from a phantom, but the VM still tries to record incoming messages. I have set the COS in mail for "Outgoing Only". Any ideas?
