MerMail not taking call 1

Hi Guys,
Interesting issue, had to do a password reset (and finally got it to do the password reset, dont know if the two are connected or not BUT, when I dial an extension ie. 4364 Mermail doesnt pickup when the line is in use, goes busy signal.

Also when calling the extension after ... 10 rings still no MerMail. Not sure if the DN programming perhaps needs a code added?

In the PBX, you REQ PRT the TYPE "DNB" of DN 4364 in LD20. that'll show you the TN.

Then you can REQ PRT the TYPE TNB of that TN and look for the HUNT and FDN responses - they should be MerMail's main number. Also make sure the CLS = HTA and FNA
