MerMail Mailboxes strange behavior

Hi all!

We have Meridian Mail and there are some users that claim they have still messages in their mailbox they've already erased.

The first thing that came to my mind is that they didn't erase these messages, but i'm still curious if anyone of you have come up with a problem like this.
