Mermail failure + low voltage?

Anyone know if these errors show any indication towards the enhanced card or the hard drive? Theres only 2 components and we have replaced the card already. Hard drive is doing regular backups.

Also, if a low voltage condition is experienced on an OPT11C cabinet would the mail card be the first thing to fail? I wasnt able to find the LV dropout on the cards.

I`m wondering if a suspect power supply could cause a voltage drop and make the card go XMI001 and lock up the hard drive randomly.

Any thoughts?

Hard to say. It almost seems like the AML link burps, causing the agents to disable, and putting garbage on the bus. If I remember right, the AML is via the back plane to the SSC card, isn't it? Could it possibly be a faulty SSC SDI port? Does the system recover by itself?

NO, we have to hit the reset on the mail card and the HD boots and loads up.

When onsite, the green LED is lit solid on the mail card.

That sure makes it sound like the Mermail having the issue. I would probably change out the power supply just to eliminate it from consideration.
