Mermail Error Message in SEER

Getting a text Volume at 93% warning. Ran audit all drives to clear space. Didn't help. Mail/User volume is only 53%. What is the process to delete space within the text volume- it is on the VS1 volume. Cant locate the right NTP.

I had this same problem. after the text volume gets above 95% it will become very unstable. I had some data corruption and had to get Nortel to repair it for me in the command level.

you can try shrinking some mb's or moving then to another vol. i had to enable auto delete msg after 10 days, went from 93 to about 40 percent, if it is a corruption problem you;ll will see (normally) side effects.. ie boxes you can't delete, boxes you can't find, boxes you can't add etc....

I JUST DID A FIND ON ALL MAILBOXES THAT HAVN'T BEEN ACCESSED FOR 90 DAYS DELETED ALL SPACE WENT FROM 86% TO 24%

that is good house keeping, now take the forwarding off of the phones so your seer printer won't burn down the switchroom.. ha!!!!
