MerMail Broadcast Release 13.13.1 1

I sent out a test broadcast and only some sets received the message. It appears that mailboxes with a Personel class of service could hear the message and others classes of service did not. The Session Trace shows that the message was delivered to these class of service customers that did not receive the message.
Is there a way to control who receives a broadcast?

The broadcast is sent to all mailboxes, regardless of class of service - you cannot change that. However, the system does seem to drag its feet, making it to some mailboxes as long as 30 minutes after you send it.

With the option set in a class of service as follows;
Unread Broadcast Message Retention (days) =1,

when will this message be deleted. Is it during the scheduled maintenance Routine?

Yes durring maint routine - usually around midnight.

So if message was sent Friday and not everyone listened to it - Monday it would be gone.
