OK, so here's another quick one -- I need to insert an announcement prior to our helpdesk in the event that we have an outage situation -- I created an announcement mailbox, however it disconnects, instead of reverting to the helpdesk. Are there any other options for setting this up? Also, I'm not sure how I want to handle the back-end (mailbox). Here's what I'm aiming for:
Helpdesk ACDN --> voicemail announcement mailbox --> Helpdesk ACD queue --> then....
if no one is available,
business-hours --> appropriate message --> helpdesk mailbox
after hours --> appropriate message --> helpdesk mailbox
