MerMail Access Code 1

Hi,
2nd Issue Right now our MerMail sits on ext 4365 when I tried to change this to 7000 or 8000 it wont work when dialing the extension?

Also is it possible to set MerMail to a code like *98?

You can add additional numbers that go to MerMail. To add 7000, first create a new Phantom or ACD Queue of 7000 that forwards to 4365. Then in MerMail's Voice Service DN List, add 7000 as a service type "VM" or "EM"

You can't make an extension that starts with * or # though.
