I've got a customer that wants a Magix but is having their PRI delivered via a Cisco IAD2431. Does anyone have experience with this working well/not well? I'm familiar with this being done with Adtran equipment as I know the Adtran gear has capability of emulating AT&T Custom protocol. I do not know that for sure about the Cisco equipment though. Anyone have any experience with this?

All the manufacturers that make IADs support all the ISDN protocols. It is a matter of the people knowing how to program them correctly per the service order! And it seems most CLECs and some LECs are stupid in that and other departments or just too lazy to learn! You just have to be insistent and tell them either they provide the service you need or expect, or you will take your business elsewhere!
PRIMARY ISDN was never designed to be translated to some other nonsense arrangement. The best PRI service is provisioned on a DS1 all the way to the CO!
