Merlin Unified Messaging Software on Server 2008 64bit

We have a client moving from Server 2003 to Server 2008 64 Bit. They have the Merlin messaging UMS service running on the 2003 server. Has anyone got it on a site with 2008 64 bit? Anythoughts on if it will run or have issues? Thanks.
