You should download the manuals for it from Avaya.com.
Click on the word "Documentation" under GET SUPPORT. When you get the alphabet bar, click on "M:. Then scroll down to your system (Merlin Plus Communications System) and click on View all Documents. Then choose the R2 Installation and Programming Manual and whatever other documents you need. They are all in PDF format.
