We have just connected a "Classic mail" system to our merlin Plus system. Overall it works fine, but when transferring outside incoming calls to an extension (intercom #), after four rings with no answer, it bounces back instead of going into the extension's voicemail. It doesn't appear to do it on all extensions, nor all the time. It does seem to do it when the caller hits "zero" and then the attendant transfers the call. What gives?
