Merlin Plus 820D and Copy Button? 1

Thought I'd give it a shot here amongst the experts!

In the programming guide for the Merlin Plus 820D, they refer to a "Copy" button to copy one voice terminal template to another. Problem is there is no BIS phone in my possesion that has one. The same thing can be said for the "Administration" button but at least it has a keypad equivalent of #49 that does the same thing as pressing that button.

That gets to my question..."Is there a keypad equivalent for this Copy button too?"

The Administration button is the lowest line button in the 2nd column, typically above the Transfer button.

The Copy button is the lowest line button in the 3rd column (if you have a 22 or 34 button set.)

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a shot. Funny it doesn't mention anything about it in the manual anywhere. Guess they believe in telepathy!
