Merlin Msg. *2 for dial by name?

I have a new site with Merlin Messaging installed. The AA menu prompt says "...Press *2 for dial by name...".

Is this something the installer setup or is this the default selection for the system? I am a little concerned about *anything and the prompt does not specify first ten letters of LAST name. Anyway to change?

It is hard coded into the mail system. So is *7 *8 and **3

I just word the prompt to be something like "for a Dial-by-LAST-name directory, press *2" (or first name if the customer wants to go that way). I have also heard "for Directory Assistance by LAST name, press *2". It's just finding something that fits the "personality" of the customer.

Don't forget *4 to replay the message again! Or *# to return to the previous menu.
