What is the best way to set up Merlin Messaging to delay answering during the day, and answer on the first ring at night?

Create a calling group, with no members. Assign the lines or pools to this group. Have this group used time based overflow to overflow to the voice mail calling group after X number of seconds. In Merlin Messaging, create a mailbox with the same extension number as the newly created calling group, and point it to the auto attendant. Finally, on your operator console, add a night service button, assign the lines, and send them to the voice mail calling group.
