I have one extension that voicemail will not pick up. The mailbox was configured and working. I reinitialized the mailbox and password, with no difference. All 89 other extensions are fine. Any ideas?

Was this extension assigned to the coverage group, usually group 30? Check programming under Extensions - Group Cover.

I've had some systems with an intermittent problem, needing you to remove the extension from group 30, then re-add it back.

tried that, did not make a difference. Very confusing, all the settings are the same as all other mailboxes.

Also, you can program a coverage off button on a phone. You may want to program that button on the extension in question, see if it is lite, and if so, press it to put coverage back on the extension (the light will go out).
