Anyone know how to totally clear back to factory specs?

Purchased replacement system but has old client info. Want
to start fresh.

Also, anyone have a copy of the Merlin Messaging system
admin to download?

How to clear info" has to come from someone here by way of email. It could be dangerous if given to just anyone, so the "who wants to know part" must be properly verified.
