All calls go through AA...when you dial 0 it goes to the operator...how can i create a mailbox for the operator in case she is not at the console?

Depends. some builds use the operator extension as the AA. What happend now if you dial the operator-real extension number- and no one picks up?

When i dial x100 which is the operators x it just rings no answer.

is it maybe a QCC

If you can't be good, be good at it!

You could try entering 100 into group cover 30 then building a mailbox 100. That may work for you. Group cover 30 is what most people use as the vm cover group. You could print groups and look for the group that you dial to reach vm to find the cover group used.

When i go into admin voicemail and go to administer x100 it says it has transfer only permissions...

Then delete mailbox 100, and recreate it as a mailbox with a phone. Add 100 to the cover group, and check to see what the 0-out is set for. If it is the Call Answer Service Operator, check to see what the CASO is set for. If that is 768, change it to 100 also.

How about this....when you dial 0 can i have it go to the general voicemail box even though one of the prompts are going there?

How would i set the rings before it goes to general mailbox? or would i have to set up x100 with voicemail?
