Merlin Messaging won't answer

i'm tying to set up some voicemail boxes on existing extensions using Merlin Mesaging 1.1.9. I've set up passwords and greetings. The mail box extensions are ascociated with phones. I just can't get the voicemail to answer... Looking at the configuration report from hyperterminal the ones that do pick up look exactly like those that don't. Where have I gone wrong here?

Forget it....i just saw a post from way back about removing the extensions from group 30 and adding again. Works fine now. Damn glitches!
