Merlin Messaging unified communcation.

I have a merlin messaging 4.0 and I have 2 phantom mail boxes that will not do unified communcation to their emails. The other 30 work just fine. Not sure why these 2 don't work. I renumbered the mail boxes to new numbers and reintalized the mail box and still not working.

I had this issue on a few different sites. for some reason there was always 1 or 2 that would give me a hard time with the sync. I ended up adding different mailboxes thru active directory to try and fix it. I think it worked but it has ben a long time since i have worked on it.

I know I ran into an issue once where the email accounts were not new (an old employee left company and they renamed his account for the new employee)and for some reason the Messaging still saw the email accounts as the old employee. We actually ended up syching the messaging account to the old employee's email account and it worked- it sent the email alert to the new employee.
