merlin messaging to operator

I need to change the programming so that when someone hits "0" while in the A.A. instead of going to ext.100 when transfered they go to ext. 151. So I am asking how to change the operator ext. from the default ext.

Under programming for the autoattendants, when you get to the dial 0/time out action - you have the option to specify a transfer to extension for such calls to go to - so you need to modify that portion of the autoattendant menu. The default for the call service operator extension is the non-existant extension (I believe 768) under the system parameters options that preferably should be left as it is.
