Merlin Messaging time

I have a Magix 4.0 switch with merlin messaging. does anyone know why the time isn't syncing with the processor? I had to manually change it with the instructions in the manual and noticed the manual says:
"Setting the System Date and Time is required only with MERLIN
LEGEND Communications System Release 7, and with MERLIN
MAGIX Integrated System, Release 1.0. For MERLIN MAGIX
Communications System Release 2.0 and later and MERLIN
Messaging System 2.0 and later, the MERLIN Messaging board
automatically synchronizes its date and time with that of the
communications system.

So what is the release of the Merlin Messaging? Log into the System Administrator's mailbox, and press 7 instead of 9 to hear it.

Is it possible that you don't have ALL the voice mail ports assigned to the Voice Mail Calling Group, or one of them is not answering? The Magix calls the Voice Mail and sends the time to it, as well as when you switch from Day to Night mode. Perhaps the port that takes care of that information is missing the call.
