Merlin Messaging Serial Port Default Password

What is the default password to access the system via the RS-232 port? I have reset the admin password using a phone to access the system but this password does not work when accessing the system via the serial port.

The adminstrator password is the same when you log in from the phone or RS232,under log in you enter sysadmin,under password enter your password.

Thanks. You wouldn't believe what it was. I hate to admit this but I guess mistakes humble oneself. The password was the same as the one set by me when configuring the system via the telephone, however, I was typing in the alpha-equivalent on the keyboard because that is how I remember it when logging in using the touch-tome keypad. When I entered the numeric equivalent the system allowed me in. Thanks for jarring my memory!
