...Auto attendant is down (incoming calls to main number are ringing and ringing) along with all DID voice mailboxes. Is this a reset issue? What is the best way to do this and can it be done remotely?
You can do a manual reset by removing the port license card, waiting a minute and reinserting it. You can also dial in to the admin mail box, choose "9" for system admin and then dial 989-reset. This will perform a "soft" reset - retaining all configuration information and files. Sometimes, a reset of the whole system (power down and power back-up back) may resolve the issue.
