Anyone ever have a problem with the time and date reseting on a Merlin Messaging. My customer has a Merlin Legend R7.0 with a Merlin Messaging R1.1 and the date and time keep reseting to January 1st.any ideas would be helpful.

Merlin Messaging R1.1 Time/date keep resetting

You may have a power problem with the LEGEND.
One simple indicator of power problems is this:
MLX 10 D sets loose their CONTRAST after a power failure.
I would check the error log in the LEGEND for "POWER UP, COLD SATRT".
If you find some of those, then your Messaging may have a bad battery, so that when it looses power, it looses memory.
Of course, you would want to know the cause of the power problems.
