We recently upgraded a customer to Magix 4.0 and Merlin Messaging 4.0. We have 4 DGC groups 770 for voice mail users, 771 for Auto Attendent 1, 772 AA 2, and 773 for AA 3.Each DGC group has a different pool for incoming calls.
When calling the lines assinged to 773 they are being picked up extension 113 not the DGC group. We have checked to make sure the calling groups are programmed the same, but I bet we over looked something, any ideas?
