Merlin Messaging phantom mailbox

I have a customer that wants to upgrade to a Merlin Messaging, but one thing that they want I'm not sure about. They have 3 different people that use the same physical phone, but they want to set up a mailbox in the system for each person that uses that phone so they can have their own personal mailbox. Is this possible, maybe by creating a phantom extension within the system, and then building a mailbox for each phantom extension?

Yes, use adjuncts to create phantom extensions and cover them to voice mail. Then put a Coverage button for each phantom on the physical phone. Only gotcha is the message waiting light, you'll only get it for the real phone, not the phantoms.
