Merlin Messaging Password

I have a Merlin Messaging system at a customer site and do have the password. I have tried the ususl sequences based on 1, but they do not work. I found it in a manual once, told the customer, they wrote it down in a folder, but cannot find the folder. It is a four digit number as I recall. It is not the low number sequences.
