Merlin Messaging Password

I just purchased a used Merlin system with Merlin Messaging 4.0 but I can't figure out how to reset the main messaging password. Can anyone give me any hints?

I'd ask who you purchased it from. If they don't have it - you have a $200 phone call to make to Avaya.
