I need help... I set-up a merlin legend extension to forward to an outside line. If I call the extension from an inside phone it forwards properly,(forwarding to the outside #. If I call into the Auto-attendant, from outside the commpany, and transfer to the same extension above, I see an outside line start to be used and then Extension 13 starts to ring the inbound call line and doesn't go anywhere else. I'm running the system in key mode and using R7.0 with Merlin messaging R2.5.

Merlin Messaging not forwarding calls

Make sure that you have trunk 2 trunk transfer and remote forward enabled on the extention. Also make sure that your LS disconect is set to YES. You will find it under Lines&trunks -> TT/LS DISC -> LS Disconect -> YES. Either one of these will stop it from working. Hope it Helps.
