Magix R2.1 with Merlin Messaging R2.5. New issue.
Incoming calls hit the AA but when they dial an extension it does not go to voicemail. Users cannot use direct vm transfer either.
• The Auto Attendant answers incoming calls.
• The mailboxes are assigned. Users are able to access their mailboxes.
• Extensions 2032 – 2035 are assigned to 7929. Customer confirms that 7929 is what is dialed for voicemail.
• Group 7929 is a circular group assigned the type IntegrtdVMI
• User extensions are assigned to group 30. I deleted one extension and added it back in. Didn’t make a difference.
• Lines 801-804 are assigned to pool 70. That probably doesn’t matter.
• The extensions do not have cover buttons to turn voicemail on and off.
And I'm stumped. Any ideas?
