I have a Magix system with three auto attendants. AA 1 handles daytime calls after 4 rings. AA 2 answers daytime calls after 6 rings. AA 3 answers calls immediate, all day.
I have two operators to control their own night service.
Oper 15 controls AA 1, and Oper 22 controls AA 2. Everything works great during the day. But when either Oper activates Night Service. The day greeting for AA 1 is played. I have Group assign with 770 and the lines. In the NS programming I have tried all of the lines assigned to the NS calling group, and I have removed them. I have set line assignments in the Messaging. I've done a combination of both. I am lost as to what it could be wrong that I have set up or failed to set up. Any advice or corrections would be greatly appreciated. I hope it something simple I have over looked. I have set up phantom calling groups with the lines assigned to control the delay and the calling groups set with a mailbox with the correct AA. Is this a problem area to look at?? Could this be causing the VM not to know what lines to answer or greeting to play.
Thanks for your help.
