I am sure this question has been asked before, but since I could not find it I will ask it again.

If someone has a PRI T1 in their Magix and uses Merlin Messaging, when you create the Night Service, how do you get the Night Greeting to play? I have tried numerous variances with the programming but all have been unsuccessful with just programming. I know Avaya does not support fixing this issue as the Magix is no longer in production.

Has anyone found a work around, other than making the PRI DID an anolog extension looped back into a line port?

Are you running Automated Attendant full time? And tell me what you mean by you have created Night Service. lg

Assign the main telephone numbers DID to be Auto-Attendant 1 in programming of mailboxes. So, 555-1212 is main number, 212 is extension it points to, create 212 as auto-attendant 1 under mailboxes (if you have a Merlin Messaging). Then, at night, ext. 212 hits DND and Night Buttons (DND to send immediate, Night to switch greeting to night- or you can set-up schedule in mail to do this). The issue becomes 212 no longer has a regular mailbox.
