I have a cust with a 2.5, can i change the mailbox retention time? I think the default is 15days,any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no mail message retention time limit that I am aware of. The message will stay there until erased. Once the mailbox is full - it will not accept any more messages until enough old ones are erased.
