Merlin Messaging - Messages In Email 1

If a Merlin Messaging is setup to allow desktop messaging to an email program, will the message lite on the phone be extinguished when the message is read through the email program, or only when it is checked through the phone? Thanks.

Unified Messaging with an Exchange Server will control the MWI when an email is read. Same as on a Partner Messaging. Trick is to get it configured, seems to not work after Exchange 2K. Check the FAQ section for more info.
