One of the subscibers on our merlin messaging system cannot get ino his mailbox. He gets the message," You cannot get your messages now because your mailbox is allready in use, Please disconnect, Goodbye.".
It has been like this for 3 days now. He claims he pressed one to record a message and then hung up on the system...prior to the box locking up.
I can get into the admin box. Will resetting his box delete his unread voicemails? I'm not sure what to do and would be greatfull for any help.
